Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my wonderful fiance JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. Many people recognize me as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my life from upwards to the downwards. I came to America with my brother and parents in the year 1990. At just one and a half years old. young. I'm not now sharing my story to you, if not because my parents are devoted to dedication and hard work. To give them an opportunity to live a prosperous future, I focused on achieving success and put in the effort to achieve it. My mind could see the path I wanted to take to live my life. Go to college and then graduate. Wed. Purchase a home. Have kids. The life I had imagined for myself was not what it turned out to be. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was a job I hated. Status and money didn't bring me happiness. I thought I was wasting away my existence to get a pay check. When I started to take steps towards my new life path I began to discover the importance of personal training and that's my passion. I'm a sucker of exercise and enjoy working around people and helping them. It was in 2014 that I started my own small business and it will be 7 years since my birthday in 2021. It is rare to find an Asian woman in this business. My goal is to become a catalyst within the field to offer quality coaching to empower people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing an environment that is sustainable and meets their individual goals and needs. I am also committed to empowering others so they can reach their goals, follow their dreams and live the life of your dreams. My professional career began to take off when I experienced the greatest happiness of my life. However, my mother passed away at the same time that my professional life began to fall off. After battling for eight years with the disease, she is at peace in Heaven. I will never forget her and continue to remember her in my mind and in my heart. The universe has the capacity to give us precisely what we require, even if we're not able to grasp the lessons at this moment. My mother's death changed me so much and I believe she gave me another chance to live my life. She passed away at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was her time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance I was given a second chance at living a happy, fulfilled and fulfilling life. As I approach my 30s, I have a sense of living and being alive. I don't feel that I'm just another number. When I tell the story of my journey, it's with the intention that people are able to relate to my feelings and thoughts. In order to feel that they're not the only ones. It is also a sign of real love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and not uncommon. Also, the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have. You have only one life. I hope you live it to the fullest.
