Erin Burnett (born in the American state of New York) has been an American journalist, news anchor and host of her own CNN program called "Erin Burnett's Outfront". She was previously a host and coanchor on CNBC for the show, "Squawk" on the Street and "Street Signs" in addition to being the co-anchor. Because she has appeared on a variety of news programs, a lot of people know her. Infrequently appearing on "The Celebrity Apprentice' Burnett has served as an advisor to Donald Trump. Her dynamic and analytical skills in reporting have helped set her apart as a news anchor. Burnett has broadcast her program Erin Burnett Outfront live from Mali borders, Afghanistan, Rwanda Israel and United Arab Emirates. As well as these places, she also has covered the news coming in China as well as Pakistan. Burnett was dubbed as 'The International Superstar' when she was employed by NBC for the number of documentaries that were filmed out of the United States. Some of Burnett's reporting and documentary films were shot abroad in India as well as Libya. She focuses primarily on Middle Eastern-based news. In addition to the reporting aspect, she was a member on the Council on Foreign Relations.
